| Q. | Where is the Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil located and how do I get to there? |
| A. | The Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil will be in the same location as last year – Outside at The BJCC (Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. between 22nd and 24th St). For a map, click here. |
| Q. | How much does it cost to get into the event? Do I need to order separate tickets for headline shows? |
| A. | General admission tickets are $20 per day in advance. vitaminwater VIP Area tickets are $75 per day. Tickets are good for all artist’s performances. |
| Q. | Does the admission at the door include crawfish? |
| A. | Crawfish plates are $10 and include FRESH Louisiana crawfish, potatoes and corn. |
| Q. | I'm not a huge crawfish fan. Will there be other things to eat? |
| A. | In case crawfish isn't your "cup of tea" there will be several food vendors selling other types of food on the festival site, including BBQ, carnival food like funnel cakes and chicken on a stick, Greek food and fresh pizza from Papa John’s Pizza. |
| Q. | Are there backstage passes to any of the shows for sale? |
| A. | There are no "back stage passes" for this event. |
| Q. | Is there motorcycle parking? |
| A. | Yes, the Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil will offer a special area just for motorcycle parking that is free of charge. It is located on Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. North between 24th Street N and 25th Street North. |
| Q. | Where should I park? |
| A. | Parking is available in adjacent lots and on the street. Prices vary. |
| Q. | What is included in the vitaminwater VIP Area tickets? |
| A. | This year's vitaminwater VIP package will feature the following:

| Q. | Will people who buy VIP tickets have a chance to meet the bands? |
| A. | There are no “meet and greet passes” for this event. |
| Q. | I am very interested in attending the festival but was curious about the availability of tickets. I'd really rather pay cash the day of the event and wanted to know if this is the type of event with a limited number of tickets or if there will for sure be tickets at the gate. |
| A. | It is perfectly fine to wait and pay cash at the gates on the day of the event. Advance purchase through Ticketmaster or at the Merrell Store at The Summit in Birmingham is the only way to get a lower price for each day. |
| Q. | Are we going to allow people to bring in folding chairs to this event? |
| A. | Yes, but chairs must be the collapsible type that fold into a carry-bag and will not be allowed to be set up in front of the stage. |
| Q. | Are cameras allowed at the event? |
| A. | Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed. Only point and shoot or disposable cameras are allowed. |
| Q. | What if it rains? |
| A. | The event is rain or shine. |
| Q. | Is there an age limit? |
| A. | There is no age limit and children 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. |
| Q. | Can I leave the festival site and return later? |
| A. | There is no re-entry once you have entered the site. |

- No illegal vending is permitted - no unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed
- Coolers of any kind
Access Options
The festival will be taking place at outdoors in the parking lot adjacent to the BJCC complex. The festival grounds are wheelchair accessible. Most travel is over grass or asphalt.
Disability parking spaces, marked in blue, are located in the BJCC parking deck located on the west side of 22nd Street N. between Richard Arrington Blvd Jr. N. and 11th Avenue N). These spaces are reserved for vehicles displaying state-issued (any state) disability placards or license plates. Raised seating areas will be reserved for people with mobility limitations and one companion. Please note that these areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Accessible restrooms will be available. Service animals trained to assist disabled persons will be allowed into the festival.
Security/Safety
Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all festival attendees. To ensure this, there will be on-site security provided by local police and private security companies. If you're experiencing any problems whatsoever, locate a festival staff member, security guard, or police officer.
WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARDS VIOLENCE OF ANY TYPE. ANY INCIDENTS WILL BE ADDRESSED BY BIRMINGHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT AND EVENT SECURITY. ANY PERSONS INVOLVED IN FIGHTING OR VIOLENT ACTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM SITE AND/OR ARRESTED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Medical
Emergency EMTs will be on-site to help you with any type of medical problem. If you need assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or festival staff member. Medical tent will be marked on all maps.
Lost and Found
Lost and found will be located at the main entrance (23rd Street N and Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd N). Location will be marked on all maps.
ATMs
There will be a number of ATMs located at the festival and inside the vitaminwater VIP area. Locations will be marked on all maps.
