Welcome to the Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil!

The 2008 Schaeffer Eye Center Crawfish Boil was a smashing success thanks to you! Over 40,000 people came to downtown Birmingham May 2 & 3 to see and hear international artists Fergie, 3 Doors Down, T-Pain, Flo Rida, Gavin DeGraw, Seether, Corey Smith, Candlebox and many others. The crawfish boil even had a special visit from the U.S. and Australian Women’s Olympic soccer teams. Over 21,000 lbs of fresh Louisiana crawfish was eaten over the 2 days.
